Last night, in preparation for today’s race meet, I brought in all the muzzles from the car to replace the tattered remains of the vetwrap I’d applied a couple of years ago to pad the sharper edges. Added a new photo of Branwen at 10 months old: a ringside candid taken by Lorraine Andrusiak at the Whippet Club of BC specialty on Saturday, July 19. She was 4th in both her sweeps and regular classes. Lark was 3rd in open.

On Saturday we attended the Lower Mainland Whippet Association specialty show at Peace Arch Park just over the border in BC. On the way to visit family in central California, we attended the NCWFA CWA meets in Suisun over the weekend and had a wonderful time. Tiercel finished 4th in the meet both days, picking up the bottom set of 2 ARX points each day, bringing his total to 5. He also won the match on Saturday! [...]

April 5/6 we went up to Abbotsford, BC for RFF’s CWA meets. Tiercel finished in the top 10 both days, as always, only one or two placements away from the points. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride! [...]
