Fulani

Fulani lives in beautiful Mendocino, CA with two Ridgebacks, her half sister Spice and their wonderful owner Sue McNeill. She was my first homebred ASFA and AKC Field Champion, and first homebred LCX and LCM.

She made her ASFA debut 12/4/04 at the NCWC ASFA whippet specialty, winning first in open and going on to win Best of Breed! Fulani earned her second ASFA first placement and her first AKC lure coursing points in February 2005, and picked up another ASFA BOB in September 2005. In October 2005 she earned both her AKC lure coursing majors, and finished up both her FC and her ASFA FCH in November. She won her first BIF in April 2006, and won BOB at the ASFA Region 2 Invitational in September 2006.

Fulani finished up 2006 as AKC lure coursing #8 whippet and #18 all breeds. In March 2007, she picked up where she left off, winning a 5 point BOB at the AKC trial in Livermore, bringing her to within a mere 4 points of her LCX. An injury sidelined her for almost a year but she came back strong in July 2008, winning BOB at the CCC trial in Snoqualmie WA to finish her LCX. She finished her LCM in 2009.
