Liv

Liv began her show career with several nice wins from the puppy classes and finished her Canadian Championship in September 2005. She was the first champion from the first Bird Litter and my first homebred champion. Liv was also a talented athlete, finishing first in her full stake in her lure coursing debut at the April 2005 LCLC ASFA trial in upstate New York, and earning her second first placement in April 2006, bringing her very close to her ASFA title. She was just 10 points shy of her CKC field championship, and was also pointed in the open field where she showed incredible gameness on rabbits almost as big as she was.

Liv died in a tragic accident on May 21, 2007. She was a bright and shining star, only 3-1/2 years old, and still had so much life left to live. My deepest sympathy to her grieving owner, Cecile Bauer, on her devastating loss. We are all heartbroken; she will never be forgotten.
